I recently had the opportunity to exclusively interview Erin Michele Soto to learn five random facts about herself and who's an actress or actor she'd love to work with in the future. Check out my interview with Erin below:
Loryn: How has the pandemic changed you?
Erin: Pandemic has made me realize even more so the need of the collective. We have such a need for connection, communication, and individual talents. I'm terrible at doing my own hair! Boy have I missed hugs. Yes, I can cook a little better, but pandemic has truly opened my eyes to how cool it is we're all unique.
Loryn: Who is an actress or actor you'd like to work with in the future?
Erin: There’s a lot of talent I’d love to work with, and Meryl Streep is one.
Loryn: What lesson did your character, Christina from Studio City teach you?
Erin: Christina is the character I am on “Studio City”. She is an actress who plays Anastasia on the soap opera within the show, Hearts on Fire. Anastasia very much lives in the moment and freely with her heart...which unintentionally creates drama. Living as her on the show I've definitely learned that although it's great to live with a certain element of openness and freedom, actions must be considered.
Loryn: What lesson has the entertainment industry taught you?
Erin: The entertainment industry is about relationships, timing, luck, motivation, craft, and being a good person. There are things both in and out of my control, and all I can do is my best on that day.
Loryn: What is something people would be surprised to learn about you?
Erin: I can check the dipstick of my car...but don't ask me to check yours.
