I recently had the opportunity to exclusively interview Wyatt Megla to learn five random facts about himself and what inspired him to become an actor. Check out my interview with Wyatt below:
Loryn: What inspired you to become an actor?
Wyatt: My first job inspired me to act. I was a banker at Chase Bank and after three years working there, I struggled seeing myself being this one thing for the rest of my life. Acting gives me the freedom to be many different things throughout my career, from an astronaut to a zombie and everything in between.
Loryn: Who is an actor or actress you'd love to work with in the future?
Wyatt: I would love the chance to work with Florence Pugh at some point in my career. She is a talented actor, funny, pleasant to be around, and dedicated to her craft. I think our work ethics and acting styles would mesh very well on screen.
Loryn: What lesson has the entertainment industry taught you?
Wyatt: The biggest lesson I have learned in the industry is to be kind! This is one of the most cutthroat industries to work in and we are all trying to make something of ourselves. Besides, the connections you make are everything in this industry. You never know when the specialist, extra, or assistant you just yelled at might just become a big deal, and you better believe they will remember how you treated them.
Loryn: How has the pandemic changed you?
Wyatt: This pandemic has changed lots of things about my daily routine, but the biggest change is I wash my hands almost anytime I see a sink!
Loryn: What is something people would be surprised to learn about you?
Wyatt: I think people would be shocked to hear that I do not like the majority of vegetables and fruits. It is not their taste either, it is their texture. Something about cold, crunchy, and wet food in my mouth freaks me out! Blend them up though and I can drink them no problem.
