I recently had the opportunity to exclusively interview Rayne Johnson to learn five random facts about himself and how he describes his music in one sentence. Check out my interview with Rayne below:
Loryn: Who is a musician you'd love to work with in the future?
Rayne: When I really dove into my skills of being an entertainer, Keith Urban was probably my biggest influence as an artist! I have been to so many of his shows because I am fascinated by how he can be in a packed arena yet still make you feel like you are in a small venue connecting with the artist! “I feel we have that in common” Performing with KU in that atmosphere would be a dream come true!
Loryn: How would you describe your music in one sentence?
Rayne: Country with a bit of RnB flair!
Loryn: What projects do you have in store for 2022?
Rayne: A new EP releasing early this year and hopefully play a lot of shows or jump on a tour with someone!
Loryn: What lesson has the entertainment industry taught you?
Rayne: Patience….Nothing happens overnight in this business; it just seems that way sometimes. But also, in that good things come to those who work hard and are patient for their opportunity and ready when it comes!
Loryn: What is something people would be surprised to learn about you?
Rayne: I love wetlands conservation and waterfowl hunting as much as playing music! It’s not a secret, but it’s not something I get to talk about a lot and I’m sure most people have no clue the passion I have for it!
