I recently had the opportunity to exclusively interview Henry Raft to learn five random facts about himself and what inspired him to become a fashion model. Check out my interview with Henry below:
Loryn: If you had the world's attention for one minute what would you say or do?
Henry: If I had the world's attention for one minute I would like to shine a light on the fact that we are all humans at the end of the day and I believe we shouldn't be divided by social constructs, religion, race, sexuality, etc and so forth. I think the world would be a lot safer, happier and healthier place to live in that way.
Loryn: What is one piece of fitness advice you have for those preparing to gear up for the New Year?
Henry: My one piece of fitness advice is to know that fitness is a journey full of ups and downs and not a fast-paced race. Try your best to stay consistent, doing a little bit each day is progress and you will see this pay off over time.
Loryn: What inspired you to become a fashion model?
Henry: My inspiration for becoming a fashion model would have to do with my love for clothing and fashion in general. I love how clothing and fashion is such a symbolic representation of who you are or how you feel. Fashion is such an outward expression of self. My love for fashion has led me here hopefully to work for and wear brands like Tom Ford, Gucci & Versace in the future.
Loryn: How would you describe your year in one sentence?
Henry: 2021 in one sentence for me... A year where I grew into myself, learned about myself, stayed open-minded to opportunities + change, and took on things that scared me more than ever.
Loryn: What is something people would be surprised to learn about you?
Henry: Something people would be surprised to learn about me is that one of my biggest passions in life is cars/automotive! I've been watching videos, buying/reading car magazines, learning about every make and model since I was little and could not wait to get my license. My dream is to one day have a garage full and spend my time racing (track) on my weekends and days off.
