Learn How To Not Take Things For Granted with Lacey Caroline

I recently had the opportunity to exclusively interview Lacey Caroline to learn five random facts about herself and what inspired her to become an actress. Check out my interview with Lacey Caroline below:

Loryn: What inspired you to become an actress?

Lacey: I was, honestly, born into a family of entertainers. My Dad is a former professional mascot, and my Mom was a professional cheerleader and is still active in community theatre. I started dancing when I was three but didn't jump into theatre until I was a little older. My first "professional" job was as the mini mascot for the NFL Carolina Panthers, which led to being able to perform as "Mini Hugo" (the mini mascot for the NBA Charlotte Hornets) at the 2015 French All-Star Game. Around that same time, I became very active in community theatre and knew I had found what I meant to do.

Loryn: Who is a NASCAR race car driver you'd love to interview?

Lacey: I have been lucky enough to interview all of the NASCAR drivers over the past few years, but this year, especially, I would love to sit down with all 4 Hendrick Motorsports drivers. They are all in the playoffs, and that is incredible! I would also love to talk to Jimmie Johnson once the Indy Car series is over. His drive and determination is so admirable, and he is the absolute GOAT in my mind.

Loryn: What lesson did the pandemic teach you?

Lacey: I'm not going to lie; the pandemic has been really tough. I am fortunate enough to have not suffered from COVID-19 and am now fully vaccinated, but being away from friends and in-person involvement in the industry I love is something that I am still recovering from. The pandemic taught me not to take any second I have with friends or on set working or just doing everyday things like going to the grocery store for granted.

Loryn: What is a goal you hope to accomplish for the rest of this year?

Lacey: At the beginning of this school year, one of my goals was to get back onto the stage, and I am so excited that I have recently been cast as the lead role, "Molly" in a community production of Peter and the Starcatcher. So goal accomplished! Otherwise, being back in school full time after a year and a half of home school, I honestly just want to pass my Sophomore year.

Loryn: What is something people would be surprised to learn about you?

Lacey: I am Team Jacob, LOL! And a huge fan of the Twilight series.
