I recently had the opportunity to exclusively interview Adriana Camposano to learn five random facts about herself and what inspired her to start her own clothing line. Check out my interview with Adriana below:
Loryn: What experience did you get from working on Orange is the New Black?
Adriana: I’ve gained a lot of experience working on Orange is the New Black considering I started filming on the show when I was only seven years old for season one, then growing up through season three, six, and lastly seven. I think from starting so young on the show the whole process of filming a show was such an awesome experience and super beneficial to me moving forward in my career by being able to take on so much knowledge about it from a young age.
Loryn: What lesson have you've learned from being in the entertainment industry? Adriana: The biggest lesson I’ve learned from being in the industry is that you cannot let rejection take you down. It is bound to happen in the industry and it’s your choice whether you let it get you down and have a feeling of wanting to give up, or if it’s gonna make you stronger and push you to want to become a better actor.
Loryn: How has the pandemic changed you?
Adriana: The pandemic changed me in numerous ways. I think the biggest way it impacted me tho was it almost made me more of an open-minded and creative type of person. With being locked inside and trying to find things to do as days and days went on I started trying out new hobbies, creating games and activities for my friends and i to do together through zoom or FaceTime, and overall I feel like it’s made me gain a lot more of a creative, artisticy side.
Loryn: What brand would you love to work for in the future? Adriana: I am obsessed with the Jenners and specifically speaking Kendall and Kylie, I would absolutely love to work with their line LA HEARTS as not only are their clothes super cute and I love both of them so much!
Loryn: What is something people would be surprised to learn about you?
Adriana: Something people would find interesting about me is I really enjoy making my own fun movies with my friends and editing them. I think when I’m older if I don’t pursue acting I could definitely see myself behind the cameras editing or directing some films!
