Learn How To Encountered Your Dreams with Annabel Gutherz

I recently had the opportunity to exclusively interview Annabel Gutherz to learn five random facts about herself and the story behind her single "Eclipse." Check out my interview with Annabel Gutherz:

Loryn:  How would you describe your music in one word?

Annabel: In one word, I would describe my music as layered.

Loryn: What concert would you love to go to in the future?

Annabel: I would love to go to Taylor Swift's Eras Tour soon! As a staunch Swiftie, just to experience her magnanimous spirit and showmanship in one evening would be a dream come true!

Loryn: What is the story behind your upcoming single, "Eclipse"?

Annabel: "Eclipse" is a diaristic song that describes my tendency to compare myself to others, the impact that has had on my self-esteem, and my desire to focus on my own purpose and path rather than be consumed by those of others. Given the opportunity to co-write with Mikal Blue and Bret "Epic" Mazur, I started writing "Eclipse" on the keyboard in my bedroom in Montreal, continued writing it on my laptop while flying over the Colorado Rocky Mountains, and finished writing it on Christine McVie's piano at Revolver Studios in Thousand Oaks, California. The creation of this song was a surreal journey where I encountered some of my dreams in tangible form. I feel blessed to hold and cherish these dreams in my outstretched arms as I share the song with others.

Loryn: What music projects would you love to accomplish in 2024?

Annabel: I would love to accomplish a plethora of music projects in 2024! I am very fortunate to be working toward my sophomore album alongside some of the most consummate collaborators, and I am hopeful to share this forthcoming body of work next year. I am also rehearsing for my first concert and set of live shows, which I couldn't be more excited about performing in 2024! Beyond my present endeavors, I remain dedicated to songwriting, music creation, and refining my craft. I eagerly anticipate embracing new projects that may unfold along this creative journey.

Loryn: What is something people would be surprised to learn about you?

Annabel: I think people would be surprised to learn I'm a real homebody... As Dorothy says in The Wizard of Oz, there's no place like home!
