Learn How To Cut Out All Of The Noise With Sole Bovelli

I recently had the opportunity to exclusively interview Sole Bovelli to learn five random facts about herself, and how she prepares for an auditions. Check out my interview with Sole below:

Loryn: If you could be mentored by anyone in your industry who would it be?

Sole: I would love to be mentored by Emma Stone! I think she's a phenomenal actress and person.

Loryn: What lesson has being an actress taught you so far?

Sole: I've learned that as an actress it's so important to cut down to what's real and genuine. There's this idea that ego comes with being an actress, but humility is what expands you as an actor. At the end of the day we're honoring real stories and characters.

Loryn: What lesson did the pandemic teach you?

Sole: Isolation isn't always a curse. Personally for me, it was good in a way to take time to reflect. Sometimes you just need to cut out all the noise to face yourself, and really listen to what it is that your soul needs. I learned to focus on what really matters by eliminating distractions.

Loryn: How do you prepare for an audition?

Sole: Starting out I used to think there was a way or process of preparing. Everyone has their own way that works for them. I've realized that meditation and preparing my heart's relationship to the story is what I love to do. I usually start on the emotions and story before getting analytical with the words.

Loryn: What is something people would be surprised to learn about you?

Sole: I'm an extroverted introvert! When I'm in social settings I'm very outgoing and lively, but it's very rare for me to be out and about. I love spending time alone to work on myself and focus on what's going on internally.
