Loryn: How would you describe your music in one sentence?
Emily: From the heart.
Loryn: Who are some musicians you'd love to collaborate with in the future?
Emily: Dream of working with Stevie Knicks, Elton John, Maren Morris, Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift and so much more!
Loryn: What is the story behind your song When It Comes to Leaving?
Emily: Saying goodbye to the ones you love or a place you love and that feeling of when it comes to leaving all you want to do is stay.
Loryn: What lesson has the entertainment industry taught you?
Emily: What is meant for you is meant for you, what is meant for someone else is meant for them. Comparing your journey to another person's journey only robs you of your joy, and you have to believe in yourself first or nobody else will.
Loryn: What is something people would be surprised to learn about you?
Emily: I don’t drink alcohol, I stopped drinking a few years back as I’ve always suffered from really bad hangovers, but don’t worry, I can still be the life of the party without it!
