I recently had the opportunity to exclusively interview Averi White to learn five random facts about herself and what lesson has the entertainment industry taught her so far. Check out my interview with Averi below:
Loryn: What song do you currently have on repeat?
Averi: I currently have Greta Van Fleet’s Light My Love on repeat. It really gets me pumped up in the morning!
Loryn: What lesson has the entertainment industry taught you so far?
Averi: One lesson I have learned is to keep a positive attitude. Sometimes the role you desperately want you might not get. But, you just have to keep going and remember that the right role and the right project is out there for you.
Loryn: What lessons have your Dhar Mann characters taught you?
Averi: There are so many great Dhar Mann videos I have had the privilege of being a part of! One character that really made an impact on me was Paige from “Rich Girl, Rejects Skater Boy”. She taught me that kindness can make a big difference in someone’s life. Especially now it’s so important to be kind to EVERYONE.
Loryn: How has the pandemic changed you?
Averi: The pandemic really taught me how to focus on self-care and really slow down for a while. Before the pandemic, I realized that I rushed around too much and didn’t leave much time for my mental health. I never realized the amount of stress I had from rushing so much. While the pandemic itself was stressful, it did give me a chance to quiet my mind for a while.
Loryn: What is something people would be surprised to learn about you?
Averi: My favorite genre of film is horror! Some of my favorites are Killer Klowns from Outer Space and House of 1000 Corpses. I also love Halloween haunted houses and mazes. I just love all things scary and spooky!
