Learn How To Be A Go-Getter and Go Get'em with Shinjini Das

I recently had the opportunity to exclusively interview Shinjini Das about five random facts about herself, what makes someone a Go-Getter . Plus learning an interesting fact about Shinjini. Check out my interview with Shinjini Das below:

Loryn: What makes someone a Go-Getter?

Shinjini: A go-getter is someone who makes the first move to go get their goals. I am a go-getter! Are you?

Loryn: What advice do you have for those interested in pursuing their dreams?

Shinjini: My advice would be to become a go-getter from a dreamer. Start making the first move to go get your goals! Don't wait for your goals to come to you. Go get your own goals yourself! You have the power as a go-getter.

Loryn: What do you consider as your biggest accomplishment?

Shinjini: Starting a media company at 24 as an Industrial Engineer from Georgia Tech with 0 connections to the media.

Loryn: What's a lesson you've learned from creating your business?

Shinjini: The importance of keeping multiple swimlanes going at the same time. For instance, in my media company, there is a strong content production lane, a strong content distribution lane, a strong target go-getter audience acquisition lane, a strong audience conversion to direct to consumer sales lane in the means of my memoir at 26 called "Unapologetically, Shinjini," and 1-Hour Go-Getter Consultations, as well as the B2B sales swimlane. The importance of keeping multiple swimlanes open and going simultaneously is important to scaling a business.

Loryn: What is something not many people know about you?

Shinjini: I am a deep introvert and still basically shy.
