Learn How Justin Hasn't Let Life Get In His Way

I recently had the opportunity to exclusively interview Justin Plutino about five random facts about himself, who's his dream clients are . Plus what inspired him to start two businesses. Check out my interview with Justin below:

Loryn: What's a lesson have you learned from being the founder of two companies?

Justin: One of the biggest lessons I have learned is to not let perfect get in the way of better. Also, to not just focused in on one prospect at a time, in other words keep your list large and full because chances are a lot will not be ready for your services. This means to also market yourself & hustle.

Loryn: Who is a dream client or organization you would like to work with?

Justin: The dream client would be the one that really invested inside their process with my services. They do not see me has a check box but rather a value added that can help their company. They are just as invested in me as I am in them.

Loryn: What inspired you to create your own businesses?

Justin: When I found out that I could not work for someone else. You either learn 1 of 2 things when you work for someone. You either learn how to run a business or how not to. I learned from my old boss how not to, after I was about to be cut out of a deal that I started. I quit and started my own thing and have never looked back since.

Loryn: What advice would you give those who have a disability?

Justin: I would encourage them and say hey look, everyone in this world is far from perfect. However, they find a way to overcome their challenges. That is all your disability is, another challenge in your life that you must try and find a work around and trust me there always is. Stay strong & know that there is a market for everyone & everything, find out what you can offer in your own way and do it well!

Loryn: What's something not many people know about you?

Justin:  I love listing to classical music, yes, I like all types of music but for some reason when I have to get things done classical music is my go to.
